ABOUT US

Emmanuel Christian School has been a part of the community of Dothan, Alabama since 1967, and has had quality Christ-centered educaion as our primary goal and mission since the beginning. We strive to bring God into the conversation on every subject and activity. The school is excited to watch what God continues to do in our school and our community as we grow to impact more families for Christ.

We know that your children are the most important things in your life, and we want to partner with you to prepare your children for a productive Christ-led future. We take our responsibility to you as a parent very seriously, and we will work with you every step of the way to provide the highest quality of support and education possible. We are excited that you have chosen to consider us to be a part of your child's more formative years.

What We Do

Our mission is to provide a quality Christ-centered education.

Administration

We pride ourselves on having a family friendly atmosphere both in the classroom and in the office. Each time you enter the school office, you will be greeted with a welcoming smile and a warm greeting. Our office staff wants to keep you informed and treats each of our students as one of their own children. They are the face of our administration team and we are proud of them.

Our administrator is Mr. Mark Redmond, and he has served as headmaster since 1989. He holds a master's in education and has been in education since the late 1970's. He understands the classroom because he taught in the classroom for over ten years before coming to Emmanuel as Principal. He understands your concerns and has an open door policy with teachers, students, and parents. You will not have to make appointments weeks in advance to meet with Mr. Redmond.
